Luckily, there is now an acceptable workaround to this issue! The new version provides the ability to dismiss node warnings: However, as evidenced by a large number of posts on the forum, this is poor advice and can result in geometry errors such as branching Pol圜urves, duplicate points, etc. Unfortunately the warning advises you to change the geometry scaling settings from the default ‘Medium’ to ‘Large’ or ‘Extra Large’. Most folks are probably very familiar with the pesky geometry scaling warnings that pop up whenever you work with geometry that is far from the model origin (a very common thing on civil projects). You can read about all of the changes here, here, and here, and I’ll summarize a couple of notable things below (click to expand). This is because the version of Dynamo Core that is shipped with Civil 3D 2023 is v2.13, which included a massive overhaul of the Dynamo UI. Civil 3D 2023 is out, and with it come some changes to Dynamo! Although there are no new nodes under the AutoCAD and Civil 3D shelves, you will notice a significant difference in the interface.
